BIGSHOT™ orders can only be cancelled for any reason within 30 minutes of placing the order. After this window, the order will ship as scheduled and cannot be cancelled. To cancel within the 30-minute timeframe, please email us at help.b1gshot@gmail.com. Please note that prepaid orders cannot be cancelled, and refunds will not be issued.
