We offer cancellations and refunds via store credit according to our policies.

Exchange Procedure
Initiating an Exchange:
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at help.b1gshot@gmail.com with your order ID, size purchased, and size exchange requested within 7 days of receiving the item. We will respond within 24 hours.

Once we confirm the return/exchange, we will schedule a pickup within 1-3 business days. We typically receive the product within 6-7 days. Upon receipt, we will dispatch the exchanged product within 2-3 days if all conditions are met. Please include your Order No. and Return ID on a piece of paper inside the packet.

Quality Check
All exchanges will undergo a quality check by our team. We reserve the right to decline an exchange if:
- The product(s) are returned after use.
- The product(s) are damaged.
- The product(s) are not in their original packaging.
- For exchanges/refunds due to personal preference or fit issues, a small fee of 150 Rupee applies. This ensures you receive the perfect product tailored to your satisfaction.

Exchange Limitations
- Exchanges are allowed for the same product for size only once.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size is not in stock, we will issue a store credit.
